WPI has been a leading industrial real estate company since 2008, specializing in the acquisition, ownership, management and leasing of high-quality industrial assets in the DFW market. Our portfolio offers access to key distribution hubs throughout the metroplex including more specifically the DFW Airport area, Garland, Addison and Terrell. WPI is a “hands-on” owner, working diligently to provide high-quality, well-maintained properties and to provide prompt and complete attention to the needs of tenants. In addition to managing its existing properties, WPI is actively working to acquire additional assets within the Dallas-Fort-Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas with plans to expand into other market areas in Texas.

WPI was created in 2008 with the intention of making an investment in the industrial warehouse market in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. WPI is one of a group of affiliated companies with headquarters in Shreveport, Louisiana, which are active in oil and gas exploration and production, mineral ownership, commercial real estate, farms and ranches, finance and investments. Like all of the affiliated companies, WPI’s management directly operates the properties and businesses, maintaining direct contact with all of its tenants and business affiliates.

The success of WPI and the other affiliated entities is based on the expertise and experience of the Management Team combined with financial strength and stability. WPI, along with the other affiliated entities, makes its investments out of cash flow and cash on hand and carries no debt. This financial strength allows WPI to move quickly and decisively in making acquisitions, completing material remodeling and upgrades and responding to tenant needs.

The WPI business model of owning and actively managing its properties creates a vested interest for WPI to build long term relationships with tenants, brokers and business associates throughout DFW and beyond. Our Team

C. Allen Williams

Chief Executive Officer

C. Allen Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of WPI and its affiliated companies. He has a Business Administration in Finance undergraduate degree from University of Mississippi and has successfully owned and operated oil and gas and real estate businesses, among others, for almost thirty years. Outside of his business interests, Allen is a licensed ATP airplane and helicopter pilot and is an avid sportsman; developing and managing ranches with award winning natural wildlife habitat.

Ernest L. Nix, Jr.

President

Ernest L. Nix, Jr. is the President of WPI and its affiliated companies. Nicky has a law degree from LSU and practiced oil and gas and real estate transactions law for twenty years before leaving the law practice in 2001 to enter the business arena full time. In addition to managing the day to day affairs of WPI and affiliates, he continues to play one of his collection of guitars on a daily basis, managing to also find time for a few woodworking projects.

Jeffrey W. Price

Vice President

Jeffrey W. Price is the Vice President and General Counsel of WPI and its affiliated companies. Jeff directs WPI’s legal efforts related to its industrial real estate portfolio. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and University of Arkansas and has prior experience in both corporate and private practice positions that focused on oil and gas development, real estate and corporate law. Jeff also enjoys spending time with his family and participating in all manner of outdoor activities like golf, tennis, fishing, camping and hiking.

Bailey Griffith

Project Manager

Bailey Griffith is the Project Manager of WPI and its affiliated companies. He has an undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University in Construction Management and has worked in various forms of oil and gas and construction positions for more than 10 years. Along with managing numerous construction and real estate projects, he is also an active outdoorsman and helps run his family’s cattle farm.

Kevin V. Roberts

Controller

Kevin V. Roberts is the Controller for WPI and its affiliated companies. Kevin received a Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Kevin has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years. Early in his career, Kevin was with a well-known public accounting firm doing work in various industries, including oil and gas, real estate and employee benefits. He began his work with the WPI affiliated companies in 2005 and provides management over all accounting functions for these companies. Kevin is an experienced skydiver with over 2,800 jumps and enjoys motorcycle trips.

Kevin M. Wade

Senior Accountant

Kevin M. Wade is the Senior Accountant for WPI and various affiliated companies. Kevin has a degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Henderson State University and has been a Certified Public Accountant for nearly 25 years. He began his career in public accounting, doing work for clients in construction, financial institutions, and health care facilities. Following his stint in public accounting, Kevin has focused his work in the private sector as a controller in the oil and gas and commercial real estate arena. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and being in the great outdoors in his spare time.
